Changing teaching practices takes a shift in focus from the teaching tool to embracing an
iterative process of self-appropriation. In this presentation, we will explore a
PROCDE-sponsored project that uses the Agile method to develop a practical path for teachers
to quickly adapt pedagogical tools to fit their teaching reality.
