102A. Journey on Building Assessment and a PLC: A collaborative project to accompany a VT department’s learning journey to understand evaluating performance.

In 2022-23, the RTC Electromechanics department embarked on a learning journey to better understand how to evaluate student performance. The focus shifted from learning about exams to collaborating on professionnal development activities that teachers wanted in order to be able to better understand evaluating performance in vocational training. In this workshop, we will present our journey to learn about assessing performance in the context of vocational training.
