The goal of this workshop is to help other leader understand what they can do to establish and maintain psychological safety in the classroom. The session will include : Introduction Activity Presentation : Understanding psychological safety Presentation/Activity/Discussion : Teacher leadership strategies to develop psychological safety in the classroom Group Activity : Strategies to develop learner safety and a learning environment Presentation /Activity/ Discussion: Teaching strategies for conversation safety and a group learning environment.
